Tak od wczoraj. Usuwałem pliki .dll i .blob, reinstalowałem całkowicie steam i nic.
Uporał się kto¶ z tym problemem?

W końcu się zaktualizowało, ale nie mogę się zalogować :(

W tej chwili działa. Napisałem wcze¶niej maila do supportu steama opisałem problem i wczoraj dostałem odpowiedĽ. U mnie już działa ale może komu¶ się przyda:
"Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
Please exit Steam and go to the C:\Program Files\Steam\ directory (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).
Delete all of the files in this folder except:
The Steamapps folder and Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo)
Restart your computer and test the issue.
Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games.
Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
